Romain is a seasoned hospitality executive with over 25 years of experience in developing and operating some of London's largest and busiest concepts. He initially specialised in pre-opening and managing a multitude of restaurants and bars in both the English and American markets. In recent years, he has achieved success in expanding the portfolios of renowned companies such as Sushi Samba, Rhubarb Hospitality Collection with Sky Garden, and the unique KOKO theatre in London.

Throughout his career, Romain has overseen numerous successful projects in cities like Miami, New York, and London, spanning boutique hotels, upscale bistros, Michelin-starred chef collaborations, boutique concert venues, and event support event companies. He has a talent for creating and developing diverse F&B brands and crafting successful financial models.
